Van trailer set up to carry invalid chair, powerful winch is fitted to ramp so as to make it easier for carer to raise & lower the ramp, NO more bending down to lift or lower the ramp. 
Trailer is fitted with lock down device to stop chair from being damaged in transit. 
This Unit is LOCKABLE so chair is SECURE if you need to leave your car for a while. 
Also van keeps Chair out of the  weather.
 This unit is  suitable to be towed behind small sedans
